The traditional king guest room offers a great view of the city 😍. The bathroom is well-maintained. Convenient location close to Saint Mary's Catholic Church.

Also, location was incredible and wonderful, at a moderate distance from Beale Street. What's more, it was near to the fitness center and bar/restaurant.

We thoroughly enjoyed rooms where ac would n't work. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe were available in the room. The hotel had a central location close to trolley.

The restaurant at this place was great, with friendly staff who were very helpful, and the food we ordered was delicious; the location is amazing, situated close to a trolley bus stop.

The staff from check-in to check-out were friendly and accommodating. They even went out of their way to fulfill my request for more coffee creamer and sugar. The housekeepers kept the bathroom clean every day with fresh towels and washcloths. The location of this hotel is perfect, right on the tram line, which made getting around downtown super convenient. The amenities in the room, like ironing facilities and a refrigerator, were very helpful. the service and comfort provided at this venue were top-notch.

The staff at this hotel were lovely and good from check-in to check-out. The location of the hotel in Memphis is incredible, only a 4-6 minutes' walking distance from Memphis Cook Convention Center.

The rooms are impressive and perfect, equipped with a microwave and AC; the staff is very kind on every shift, and everything here is great with early check-in and on-site parking available.

The front desk staff was helpful, resolving a reservation issue and providing good service. The location was convenient, with easy access to Beale Street and restaurants. The breakfast was satisfying and the Wi-Fi connection was excellent. a pleasant stay.

I really enjoyed my room - brand-new and well-appointed for a fold-out bed. The location was fantastic and beautiful for getting around; a trolley bus stop was near the hotel.- A cool bonus was Blue Plate Cafe nearby, offering tea and coffee.

The staff here were so friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. The bed was huge and super comfy, making the room feel amazing and just the right size. 🌟

The rooftop bar is fantastic, and the room is spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning and plenty of extra towels.

So convenient to have a Starbucks in the hotel for my morning coffee fix. The heated indoor pool was fabulous; I felt like a glamorous mermaid.

The thought of swimming in a pool filled with other people's bodily fluids was truly delightful.
